I have a particular love for botanical, full colour, illustrative, fine line, art nouveau, cartoon, neo-trad, ladies faces, pinups, witchy dark and spooky things, cute kawaii characters and anime styles.
Pricing - Minimum $200 per hour
Anything over 6 hours is a day rate: $1200
Cover ups - If you are after a cover up I would always prefer to see you in person. This helps me understand if it’s a project I am capable of handling. If you are too far to come in to the shop, please send me some very clear pictures of your current tattoo; both far away and up close.
Deposits - Bookings require a $50 deposit for smaller tattoos and a $200 deposit for day sessions. Once we have finalised a date, I will email you the bank details to transfer your deposit through to. Your booking is only secured once a deposit has been processed.
Changing date/cancelling - I am the first to understand that life happens, if you need to change your booking to a different date I am more than happy to accomodate up to one date change. If you have to cancel within 48 hours of getting your tattoo, unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited. This is purely because I am paid per tattoo that I complete, not per hour, nor a salary. If your cancellation happens the day before, your spot is harder to fill and I no longer receive an income from that booking.
How I work - I think it’s important to note that everybody works differently. A session with me for smaller tattoos usually means that I organise the tattoo on the day of your booking. Your booking accommodates for this time frame so don’t be alarmed if you come in and the tattoo has not been drawn yet, it always gets done!
For half day sessions and most definitely full day sessions, it is case by case. Some designs will be 100% complete and ready to go (usually if they are highly complicated or very custom) others will not. This is because I work best as an in person communicator and allow myself an hour before we actually start tattooing to discuss the fine details. Again, your booking accommodates for this time frame, so not to worry! I will not show finished designs before the session date, only on the date.
Why do I work like this? - Simply put, it gets too overwhelming drawing multiple images for multiple people. I prefer focusing on the person as they come, this ends with the best result and communicating with you in person helps me read exactly what you want. I am a professional designer, and can design very quickly and accurately when it comes to small scale things. I don’t show my finished larger scale designs purely because the risk of a client taking the design and getting it tattooed elsewhere is too high.
